Farewell 2011

I had another amazing year!! Thank you all who came to me to capture your families, you are all awesome! I have learned so much more about my art this year and hope 2012 will hold more great learning experiences!!

Anderson Family

This family has the Most amazing blue eyes..... and what a fun session! This was the first time I've taken family photos for my brother-in-law's fam!! It has taken me forever to get this post up, mainly because every photo is just so gosh darn cute!

McKeen Family

Taking photos of my sister-in-law and her adorable family is becoming a yearly tradition for me, I love taking pictures of there kids, some of the cutest I know!!

Inspiration

I am finally sharing the photos from my fashion shoot!!! I got busy after taking these and finally had time to put a few of the awesome ones together! After winter here in Minnesota my creative juices start to flow for alllll kinds of outdoor sessions. This year I looked for a model who would be willing to essentially play dress up :) It ended up being a close friend whom I think is gorgeous and my sis who is my models best-y came to do make-up, hair, AND help put together outfits! She was sooooo helpful in putting it all together. It was fun shooting photos I set up and designed, I will be doing this again! If you like playing dress up AND have your photo taken, I would love to here from you! I have a few ideas spinning around:)

This session was one of the most laid back I've had! Isn't she cute!? She had such easy style and was great in front of the camera! I love photographing seniors, and have done quite a bit of it this summer! Yay!
